It is a privilege to serve each citizen of Brazoria County, providing 24 hour access to
the county clerk’s public records through the use of new technology. We have worked
hard to improve quality of services that are required for the growth that is occurring
in Brazoria County.
Our records have been automated for the ease of retrieval and security in storage. Our
office is in the process of converting additional historical land and marriage license
records. Once completed this information will also be available

Brazoria county now supports electronic recording
This is to inform you that the Brazoria County Clerk’s real property records office will be
relocating from the Courthouse to 1524 E. Mulberry (old Wal-Mart building on E. Hwy 35) in
Angleton, Texas around March 1, 2007.
The County Clerk’s mailing address will remain 111 E. Locust, Suite 200, Angleton, TX 77515.
The services offered at this new location will be: Brazoria County Birth Certificates, Statewide Birth
Certificates, Brazoria County Death Certificates, Marriage Licenses, Real Property Recording and Searches, Plat
Recording, Assumed Name Certificates, Brand Registration, Posted Notices and Notice of Trustee Sales.
All Court Records will remain at the Courthouse location.
