Court Departments - Probate
Instructions for use of MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover
In the Office of Joyce Hudman, County Clerk
Brazoria County, Texas
- For credit card payments you will need to call certified payments at
1-866-549-1010, bureau code #4288333 (County Clerk only) and follow the
instructions issued by the company to process or log onto their website at
www.certifiedpayments.net.
- Please have your case number, credit card number and expiration date available
before calling. In the event that a case number has not yet been assigned,
enter the date as a six-digit number, i.e. 070102 (month/day/year). Please be
sure that you enter your correct case number or date, as we are not responsible
for deposits made to case numbers or dates which were incorrectly entered by you.
The payment will be credited to your account 2 to 3 business days later.
- You will be charged a convenience fee of 4% of the amount charged by Certified
Payments for the use of the service. You need to make a note of the authorization
number and call (979) 864-1385 for Civil or (979) 864-1366 for Probate with
your authorization number.
